Terms of payment

- final step of booking: deposit 1.000,00 Nok to the renter´s bank account
- in case of a countermand, the deposit will be retained as a handling charge
- the residue and the guarantee deposit have to be paid to the renter at arrival
- please show the receipt of your deposit at arrival
- the final cleaning (if requested) will be charged additionally
- in case of final cleaning, please leave the house broom-clean
- waste an bottles have to be unloaded at stated places
- the furnitures should be placed at their origins
- the cleaning of slaughtering locations has to be done by the guest himself
- gas/fuel for a boat is not inclusive
- the house and the boat are insured against accidents. In the case of an accindent, please inform the
owner/renter. The guest has to pay the own risk. It is advantageous having a peronal (travel) insurance.
